Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes.
  • Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure product quality and process compliance.
  • Analyze data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Inspection Reports and quality documentation.
  • Apply ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) in daily operations and support audits.
  • Utilize measurement tools such as Vernier, Micrometer, CMM, etc., for precision inspection.
  • Identify quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001.
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic statistics.
  • Experience in preparing Inspection Reports and quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with various Inspection & Testing Methods and precision measurement tools (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer, CMM).
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
