High school diploma with six(6)or more years of direct work experience, in the specific function performing duties as Quality Record Controller or Document Controller in industrial projects and facilities under construction and Pre-Commissioning. Three(3)or more years of direct work experience performing QRC or DC role related to the scope of WORK {e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects}. Demonstrated thorough knowledge andunderstanding of the 2015 version of ISO9001 QMS requirements, managing maintained and retained record & logs, engineering & construction drawings, assigning and maintaining document reference number & register, scanning and uploading documents and maitaining systematic filing, soft & hard copy. With minimal ability to operate and maintain project quality management system documentation requirements. Must possessability to secure filesinharddisk|folder|sub-folder,retrieve documents using reference number and encryption of files (as applicable and if necessary). Training, direct work experience and demonstrated thorough working knowledge on computer skillsi.e.,Microsoftapplications-Word,Excel,PPT,Data(information)storage,Datatranscription(conversion of editable formats to PDF) and email communication. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
