Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management strategy, system, and plans, including resources, systems, and timelines aligned with the Group long-term strategy.
  2. Design, develop, and maintain a robust Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 19650, ISO 8000, ISO 10006, ISO 41001, and other relevant standards.
  3. Evaluate system effectiveness and efficiency, introducing continuous improvements, and ensure consistent implementation across all business units and Projects.
  4. Establish and maintain standards, processes relating to company activities and products, ensure these standards and processed are clearly communicated, applied, and regularly updated.
  5. Develop systems to measure performance against established standards.
  6. Monitor compliance, analyze results, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Track updates to relevant external quality standards and regulations, Integrate these requirements into internal quality management systems.
  8. Implement communication strategies to enhance awareness of quality objectives and issues across all Functions, Projects and BUs.
  9. Monitor Functions, Projects and BUs quality activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  10. Report on performance, progress, and updates to standards.
  11. Liaise and collaborate with quality management authorities, standards organizations, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  12. Manage QA/QC staff, including appraisals, discipline, training, and career development, ensuring high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Ensure developed processes are effectively implemented to achieve organizational objectives.
  2. Promote core Group values, policies, and continual improvement at business unit, Functions, and projects levels.
  3. Collaborate with Estimation & Tendering departments to define contractual quality requirements.
  4. Coordinate with Projects and Contracts teams to define project-specific quality objectives, ensure adequate planning, and develop project management systems.
  5. Coordinate with Supply Chain Department and Review pre-qualification documentation to ensure suppliers and subcontractors meet Group quality standards and Clients requirements.
  6. Coordinate with the Cost Control department to determine, analyze, and manage quality-related costs.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through data-driven performance measurement and improvement initiatives.
  8. Conduct diagnostic studies to identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.
  9. Perform benchmarking studies and introduce industry’s best practices, driving continuous process improvement.
  10. Design and implement training programs to sustain high-quality standards across the organization.
  11. Plan and execute internal and external systems, projects, and process audits in collaboration with GRC.
  12. Analyze audit data and recommend adjustments to processes, systems, or product design.
  13. Assess quality staff needs, allocate resources effectively across projects, and coordinate with project managers and relevant Functions.
