Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Quality Controller with expertise in GRP manufacturing to ensure product quality meets industry standards. The role involves rigorous inspection, testing, and documentation to maintain superior quality across all production stages.
RequirementsB.Tech in Production / Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of experience in GRP quality control.
Familiarity with Open Mould, RTM, Pultrusion, and Filament Winding processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Available to join within 1 month.
Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished GRP products.
Implement and monitor ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Document defects, deviations, and corrective actions.
Work closely with production teams to maintain quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
