Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Inspect incoming and displayed products for quality and expiry. • Ensure proper storage, temperature, and hygiene in all sections. • Maintain daily inspection and temperature logs. • Remove expired or damaged items from shelves. • Train staff on product handling and FIFO procedures. • Handle customer complaints related to product quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in quality principles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO demonstrating knowledge of international quality standards.
- Proficient in using quality control software and tools such as Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, or statistical process control.
