Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

。Supervise and manage all QC activities across the printing and packaging process (gravure & offset). 。Ensure all cigarette packaging meets brand, regulatory, and quality standards. 。Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final output to maintain defect-free results. 。Approve print proofs, color shades, and finishing quality before release. 。Prepare and maintain QC documentation, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. 。Coordinate with production, maintenance, and clients on quality issues and improvements. 。Must be having experience of using ERP system.

Desired Candidate Profile

。Diploma or Bachelor’s in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Engineering. 。Minimum 5 years of QC experience in cigarette or tobacco packaging. 。Strong knowledge of multi color gravure and offset printing, Hot foil Machine, embossing, Debossing and die-cutting. 。Hands-on experience with ISO/GMP standards, color management, and print inspection tools. 。Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
