Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Section Head to lead the inspection and quality control activities across the golf car manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the company s quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- This role involves supervising a team of QC inspectors and technicians, developing inspection protocols, monitoring production quality, identifying root causes of defects, and implementing corrective actions. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or related field).
- 7 12 years of total experience in quality control/quality assurance.
- At least 2 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role (team leader, senior QC engineer, or assistant manager).
- Hands-on experience in inspection, testing, and compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Proven background in manufacturing other industry-specific QC systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools & methodologies
- Understanding of international quality standards and local regulations.
- Experience with internal/external audits.
- Ability to set up and monitor KPIs for quality performance.
- Ability to lead and train QC teams.
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving.
