Roles & Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Quality Control / Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures all repairs and Preventive Maintenance activities meet the required quality standards before equipment is released back to operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform final inspections on repaired equipment.
  • Verify functional tests for engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and safety components.
  • Ensure rework is performed if standards are not met.
  • Maintain and update inspection checklists and quality standards.
  • Conduct random audits on repairs and PM activities.
  • Ensure ISO and internal quality compliance.
  • Maintain inspection records and generate quality reports.
  • Track repeat failures and provide recommendations.
  • Work with supervisors to resolve quality issues.
  • Support training and awareness for technicians.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years QC/QA experience in workshop or heavy equipment.
  • Strong inspection and reporting skills.
  • ISO & Lean Six Sigma Certificate is an Plus.
