Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Review plans and specifications to understand product requirements.

  • Check and approve all raw materials before production and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
  • Report and reject any materials that fail to meet quality requirements.
  • Handle and resolve any quality issues that arise.
  • Train and support the QA team to prevent defects and improve product quality.
  • Oversee all stages of the production process to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Help the production team fix issues and improve product performance.
  • Prepare inspection reports and share them with relevant departments.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance production quality and efficiency.
  • Follow all occupational safety and health standards.
  • Measure and verify product specifications during development.
  • Identify causes of defects and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 - 7 years of experience.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in quality management or equivalent - Workers university or similar-.
  • Must have knowledge regarding quality control standards.
  • Must possess verbal and written communication skills that enables him to prepare reports.
  • Possesses organizational skills that helps him review products and carry out inspections.
  • Good use for the programs used in the inspection process.
  • The ability to pay attention to the smallest details and identify all the differences in products to meet the established standards.
