Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct rigorous analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
  • Implement and maintain quality control protocols, documenting all findings and deviations meticulously to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues, providing data-driven insights to resolve production discrepancies.
  • Train and mentor junior chemists on laboratory best practices, fostering a culture of quality and safety within the team.
  • Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment, conducting routine calibrations and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies to uphold the highest quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively adapting quality control practices to meet evolving requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is essential for understanding Cement products and industry.
