• Develop comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on project requirements.
• Conduct various types of testing, including manual and automated tests.
• Collaborate closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify, record, and track defects using established defect tracking tools.
• Analyze and review system specifications to develop effective testing plans.
• Provide detailed feedback and suggestions for product improvements to enhance quality.
• Monitor debugging processes and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Ensure seamless integration and functionality across various software systems.
• Prepare reports on software quality based on specific metrics and KPIs.
• Participate in design and product meetings to provide quality assurance insights.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry testing tools and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior testers to develop their skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Proven software testing experience within a dynamic development environment.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both white-box and black-box testing techniques.
• Proficiency in using testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues accurately.
