Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company-wide quality assurance program, specifically focusing on medical digitization operations. This role involves assessing employee performance, ensuring technical accuracy, and verifying conformity to established company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough audits of medical prescription digitization for accuracy.
  • Providing constructive feedback to reduce errors and improve overall data quality.
  • Playing a pivotal role in the development, creation, and implementation of quality enhancement processes and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Preferable: Experience in health insurance claims, including medical prescriptions data entry and/or claims auditing.
  • Knowledge of standard medical coding guidelines (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding presentation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
