Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review quality system documents prior to issuance.
- Supervise the preparation of the internal audit plan.
- Follow up on the implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformities identified during internal audits.
- Monitor procedures that require updates or modifications within the company.
- Form and participate in the training of the internal audit team.
- Monitor service provider companies and conduct annual evaluations.
- Coordinate with the HR department regarding training plans.
- Submit departmental reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Supervise and conduct daily follow-ups on all warehouses to ensure compliance with good storage practices.
- Supervise and conduct daily follow-ups on production halls and processes to ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
- Conduct planned and unplanned internal audits across all departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A relevant university degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance.
- Training in Total Quality Management (TQM).
- Training in Internal Audit Management.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good command of the English language.
