Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust quality assurance frameworks and processes
- Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections across various project sites
- Work closely with project managers and teams to identify quality-related issues and develop actionable solutions
- Monitor project quality performance indicators and prepare reports
- Provide training and support to team members on quality control practices
- Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices in quality management
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management
- At least 15 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven experience in developing quality assurance frameworks
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
- Quality assurance certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
