Main Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys during home orientation and handover to assess owner feedback and satisfaction.
• Perform pre-handover inspections, snagging, and coordinate with contractors for snag closure.
• Manage appointments with owners, ensuring smooth handover and orientation processes.
• Track, report, and manage all QA service requests and owner-reported snags.
• Maintain accurate records in relevant systems and prepare regular updates/reports.
• Hold meetings with contractors and project teams to monitor progress, verify snag rectification, and resolve disputes.
• Oversee unsold inventory inspections and maintain unit condition.
• Provide recommendations to improve handover operations and customer journey.
• Support clients in correspondence, disputes, and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist with team management, including JD development, interviews, and performance monitoring
