Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure updating the company’s quality management system
- Ensure only updated procedures are on the intranet and portal
- Verify closure of NCR
- Update the QMS when internal and external changes occur
- Monitor quality risks and opportunities and report their status to your line manager
- Perform audit tasks as assigned by the lead auditor
- Prepare corrective action reports
- Follow-up timely closure of audits finding
- Maintain the audit finding register
- Monitor KPIs and report them and report their status to relevant functions
- Support the projects in all QA related issues and training
- Collate data from projects and processes (customer satisfaction, customer complaints, nonconformities, KPI, quality risks and lessons learnt)
- Join BUs Auditors team while conducting Project Quality / HSE Audit meetings and audit walkthrough
- Carry out any other special duties that are assigned by the QAM or QA/QC Management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality Management, or equivalent
- Auditor Certificate in ISO 9001
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role and industry
