Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
The Quality & Analysis Specialist is responsible for conducting quality reviews, analyzing operational and project processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of company standards. This role ensures that Retal s projects, services, and internal operations comply with defined quality standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits across departments and project sites.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Identify process deviations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in developing and updating quality control policies, procedures, and templates.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and analysis summaries for management.
  • Support the Quality Analysis Supervisor in implementing quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to promote quality standards.
  • Participate in root cause analysis exercises and help track the implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
  • Benchmark Retal s quality performance against industry best practices.
  • Ensure that company operations adhere to Saudi regulations (such as the Saudi Building Code, NHC guidelines) and international standards.
  • Assist in training employees on quality procedures and raising awareness about quality compliance.

Skills:
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret quality data.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assist in identifying gaps and proposing practical solutions.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, engineering, quality management, or a related field.
  • Certification in Quality (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt) is an advantage.
  • 2 4 years of experience in quality assurance, quality analysis, or related roles.
  • Experience in real estate development or construction companies is preferred.
