Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- AI Quality Monitoring: Design and execute thorough quality assurance strategies, test cases, and validation processes tailored specifically to AI systems to meet performance and accuracy criteria.
- Security and Risk Management: Integrate and oversee security practices within AI development processes, identifying and mitigating risks associated with AI technologies.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure all AI solutions comply with applicable industry regulations and standards, maintaining detailed records and reports for regulatory adherence.
- Deployment Evaluation: Supervise AI software deployments, conduct detailed post-deployment reviews, and confirm the reliability and stability of deployed solutions.
- Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects or performance issues within AI software, collaborating closely with developers and data scientists for swift resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine AI quality assurance processes, adopting innovative approaches and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with AI specialists, software engineers, and product teams to embed quality assurance and compliance throughout the entire AI software lifecycle.
- Functional Alignment with Quality Management: Maintain a dotted-line functional relationship with the Quality Management Office on matters of clinical and patient safety, and to coordinate compliance with accreditation and certification requirements.
- Deliver patient-centered care that respects individual values and preferences, engages patients and families in decision-making, coordinating with healthcare providers across different departments, and creates a positive care experience.
- Performs any related duties as required by the direct supervisor
- This job may require working variable shift hours as determined by the department's needs.
Education and Professional Experience (essential minimum requirement):
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum two years of experience in AI software quality assurance, deployment oversight, or related roles, preferably within a healthcare or technology environment.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills and Ability to work under pressure
