Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and compile technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs.
  • Expertise in international and local lighting fixture vendors
  • Tender Analysis: Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical data.
  • Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with the project and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all bid documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time.
  • Support negotiations and clarifications with clients after bid submission.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary inputs.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, related field
  • 2 5 years of experience in bidding, estimation, or project engineering.
  • Strong understanding of construction/engineering project lifecycles and cost structures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, Primavera, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
