QMS Coordinator Venture Gulf Engineering W.L.L.

• Implement and maintain the ISO management system of VGE Logistics Division. Ensure it aligns with the relevant ISO standards.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal audits to identify non-conformities. Support external audits conducted by customer and relevant certification bodies.

• Update and maintain all ISO-related documentation, including quality manuals, policies, and procedures, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.

• Update and maintain risk assessment register, lesson learned register and KPI’s.

• Conduct training sessions to educate employees on ISO standards, policies, and procedures, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities identified during audits.

• Prepare and present reports on the company’s ISO performance, audit findings, and progress on corrective actions.

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors and collaborate with different sections to ensure compliance across the organization.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, support quality objectives, and help implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
