Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Maintaining and developing the Quality and HSE system within EthosEnergy Thailand in order to comply with global and regulatory requirements. Manage customer complaint, ensure that the proper corrective and preventive actions are identified and implemented. Drive the continuous improvement/cost reduction program/projects.

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the Quality and HSE system within EthosEnergy
    Specific responsibilities in addition to those detailed above:
  • Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) which includes Quality Management System (QMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OH&SMS) and continue to improve its effectiveness by
    - Implement actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of the processes related to the IMS in accordance to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, global and regulatory requirements.
    - Establish and maintain the IMS documentation required by the international standard as well as corporate requirements.
    - Communicate to the organization regarding the effectiveness of the IMS.
    - Report to top management on the performance of the IMS and any need for improvement
    - Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer and regulatory requirements throughout the organization.
    - Conduct management review at planned intervals by gather the input required by the international standard, record the review output and maintain the management review records.
    - Carry out the planning of the IMS in order to meet the international standard requirement and IMS objectives
    - Conduct internal audits at planned intervals and define the audit criteria, scope, frequency, and methods. Report the audit results and maintain records.
    - Determine, collect and analyses appropriate data to demonstrate the suitability and effectiveness of the IMS.
    - Take action to eliminate the cause of nonconformities and the causes of potential nonconformities through the use of corrective and preventive actions. Maintain the record of the results of action taken
  • Coordinate the customer complaints handing in conjunction with customer support and/or commercial.
  • Formulates and maintains quality control and HSE objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
  • Deliver the required level of Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Responsiveness
  • Identify and facilitate successful business process improvement initiatives with suitable tools.
  • Identify, design and successfully implement effective and consistent global business processes within the component repair activity.
  • Facilitate and implement a broad range of project-based tasks as defined by the organization.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships in the global component repair business to enable implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings with key members of management to define and prioritize projects.
  • Facilitate and drive the SECAT Project for continuous improvement and cost reduction/avoidance.
  • Work with corporate functional leader to plan and execute the corporate Service Excellence and HSE Programs, if any.
  • Regulatory Training Requirement : Safety officer for Management level course
  • Any other duties from time to time.

Required Skills / Knowledge
  • Very Good command of English
  • Computer literacy
  • Analytical skills and innovative thinking

Experience
  • Over 7 years experience in Quality, HSE systems and processes
  • 2-3 years experience in quality assurance, customer complaint and HSE function works

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Occupational Health and Safety or related fields

Physical Requirements
  • Employees have duty to work safely, conduct themselves in a safety manner, take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others, avoid taking unsafe shortcuts or fail to follow established procedures that might negatively impact health, safety or the environmental
  • Employees need to fully comply with the company Business Ethics Policy
