QC Inspector T

YOUR TASK: Perform day-to-day inspections across mechanical, electrical, civil, welding, piping, structural, and fabrication activities. Review and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, QCPs, method statements, and industry standards (ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, IEC, etc.). Conduct incoming material inspection, dimensional checks, welding inspection, NDT witnessing, and FAT/SAT as required. Monitor construction/installation activities and highlight deviations, NCRs, and non-conformities. Prepare inspection reports, checklists, and punch lists, and maintain daily records. Review contractor quality documentation including WPS/PQR/WQT, calibration certificates, material certificates, and test reports. Ensure timely closure of NCRs, CARs and maintain traceability of quality records. Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to schedule and execute inspection activities. Provide technical guidance on quality issues and support resolution of site challenges. Attend QA/QC meetings and provide status updates when required. Ensure all inspection activities meet project specifications, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and report unsafe conditions. Support audits, internal quality reviews, and client inspections. YOUR QUALIFICATION: Diploma or bachalors in relevant discipline. CSWIP 3.1 / AWS CWI ASNT/PCN Level II (UT/MPI/PT/RT) ISO 9001:2015 QMS awareness Relevant vendor/industry certifications (API, ASME, IEC, etc.) Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and QA/QC documents Multi-discipline technical understanding Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Teamwork and cross-functional coordination
