QC Inspector Architectural

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Inspector Architectural to oversee architectural works and ensure that all finishes and architectural installations meet the required standards, specifications, and project quality plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural inspections within large-scale construction projects in Qatar or the GCC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Architectural QC Inspector in the construction industry.
• Experience working on large-scale building/infrastructure projects in Qatar or the GCC is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural materials, standards, and finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications) and international codes/standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Certification in Quality Control/Assurance (e.g., ISO 9001, IRCA, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify all architectural works including finishes, partitions, ceilings, facades, doors/windows, and flooring.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and monitor the progress of architectural works.
• Prepare inspection requests (IRs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and quality observation reports.
• Coordinate with the construction and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of inspections, approvals, and rejections.
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct snagging and de-snagging activities before handover.
• Assist in the development and improvement of the project quality control system.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements related to architectural works.
