Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QC Inspector – Finishing Works (Civil) to join our team for residential and high-rise tower building projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor finishing activities such as plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, waterproofing, ceiling, joinery, doors, windows, and façade works.
  • Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and quality requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report any non-conformances with corrective action recommendations.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Verify and document inspection checklists, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and QA/QC records.
  • Ensure proper implementation of approved drawings and method statements at the site.
  • Assist in final inspections and handover procedures for finishing works.
  • Maintain quality records and prepare daily inspection reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in finishing works for residential buildings and towers.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, quality standards, and construction techniques.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Familiar with project specifications, international standards, and quality procedures

Candidate must be available in UAE
