Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Implement QA/QC activities including those of Subcontractors Works in accordance with approved QCP / ITPs and procedures, method statements, and other contract documents.

  • Prepare and sign off applicable records for quality surveillance, inspections, and tests.

  • Ensure availability of appropriate versions of applicable work documents such as AFC.

  • Review and verify drawings, specifications, and international codes/standards.

  • Provide sufficient feedback to the Quality Manager/Engineer on day-to-day quality issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualification:

  • Electrical Engineering Diploma, or suitable equivalent plus Trade Certificates in Electrical and/or Instrumentation.

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience as inspection personnel for Oil & Gas projects, 5 years of which must be in the onshore Gas Facilities sector, preferably in LNG.

  • Familiar with electrical and instrumentation specific codes and standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, BS, NEMA, NETA, ATEX/IECEX-60079, etc.).

  • Experience in inspection activities during procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up, and commissioning of oil & gas production facilities projects.
