Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor all quality control activities across various project stages.
- Ensure that materials, workmanship, and construction procedures comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE standards.
- Conduct regular inspections on-site to verify work quality and compliance.
- Prepare detailed QA/QC inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Identify, record, and resolve any non-conformities or deviations in coordination with project teams.
- Review and verify materials submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Support safety and regulatory compliance during all construction phases.
- Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a QC Engineer in real estate or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction codes, quality standards, and QA/QC documentation.
- Hands-on experience with inspection procedures, method statements, and material approvals.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
