QC Engineer Infusion Power Industries L.L.C

• Perform in-process and final inspections of microgrid container systems, including electrical, mechanical, and structural elements. • Verify assembly and integration of key components: inverters, BESS, busbars, switchgear, control panels, HVAC, fire suppression, and wiring. • Ensure all equipment is installed and tested according to design drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements. • Conduct and document Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI). • Review and maintain quality documentation, including inspection checklists, test reports, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports). • Coordinate with engineering, production, and project management teams to resolve quality issues. • Ensure compliance with international quality standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO, etc.). • Monitor and enforce EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) practices on the production floor. • Experience in quality control of power systems, containers, or modular energy solutions. • Familiar with microgrid components (solar PV, energy storage, inverters, transformers, etc.). • Working knowledge of FAT protocols, ISO 9001, and IEC/IEEE electrical standards. • Strong skills in interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. • Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary and Benefits
