Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure structural works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and international standards.
  • Conduct inspections and coordinate with site teams to identify and rectify non-conformances.
  • Manage NCRs from issuance to closure, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate QA/QC records and ensure proper document control using Aconex and R-Drive.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality issues promptly.
  • Prepare QA/QC reports, method statements, and inspection requests as required.
  • Support site teams in meeting quality objectives and achieving project milestones.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or structural engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of QA/QC structural engineering experience from contracting companies in the UAE/GCC.
  • Experience in both steel and concrete structures.
  • Strong knowledge of Aconex (Oracle Document Management System) and R-Drive file management.
  • Proven experience in closing NCRs in line with project quality management systems.
  • Track record of working on large-scale projects in the region.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
