Roles & Responsibilities

1. QA/QC Inspector (Civil)

Role: Perform site inspections for civil works (formwork, concrete, rebar, soil compaction) to ensure compliance with project specs and standards.
Key Tasks:

  • Conduct routine inspections and testing
  • Ensure materials/workmanship meet project requirements
  • Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions
    Experience: 3–5 years in civil construction QA/QC
    Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

2. Lab Technician (QA/QC)

Role: Test construction materials (concrete, soil, aggregates) to verify quality in accordance with standards.
Key Tasks:

  • Perform lab/field material testing
  • Record and report test results
  • Maintain lab equipment and calibration
    Experience: 2–4 years in materials testing
    Education: Diploma in Civil/Material Technology

3. QA/QC Document Controller

Role: Manage and control QA/QC documents including ITPs, reports, NCRs, and test records.
Key Tasks:

  • Organize and track QA/QC documentation
  • Control revisions, approvals, and distribution
  • Support audits and documentation reviews
    Experience: 2–4 years in document control
    Education: Diploma in Admin/Engineering

Desired Candidate Profile

4. QA/QC Lead

Role: Supervise QA/QC team and ensure quality compliance across project execution. Key Tasks:

  • Implement ITPs and quality plans
  • Lead inspections, audits, and NCR follow-up
  • Coordinate with site teams and clients Experience: 7+ years in QA/QC with leadership Education: Degree in Civil Engineering

5. QA/QC Engineer

Role: Monitor quality of civil construction activities and ensure conformance with specifications. Key Tasks:

  • Review and enforce ITPs/method statements
  • Conduct inspections and issue NCRs
  • Liaise with consultants and labs Experience: 5–8 years in civil QA/QC Education: Degree in Civil Engineering

6. Deputy QA/QC Manager

Role: Assist QA/QC Manager in overseeing project quality, audits, and continuous improvement. Key Tasks:

  • Supervise QA/QC teams across sites
  • Lead audits, quality reviews, and training
  • Interface with clients and regulatory bodies Experience: 10+ years in QA/QC, civil projects Education: Degree in Civil Engineering
