Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
General Responsibilities & Duties:
-
Design, develop & implement tests across entire product apps
-
Track & document product issues
-
Receive customer support requests and inquiries regarding applications, investigate issues, provide solutions and/or recommendations to all involved parties including customers, Software Development teams and Quality Assurance team
-
Assume additional technical responsibilities as needed
-
Ability to multi-task and progress multiple tasks in parallel
-
Ability to clearly communicate complex stories

Software development

Experience with continuous integration and automated testing tools (i.e. Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter... etc.)

Must be fluent in both English and Arabic
Experience & Required Skills:
-
B.Sc. (engineering, computer science, or math)
-
Working knowledge of software development best practices. [Source code control, testing (TDD/BDD), documentation, etc.]

Troubleshooting and Investigating Intermittent Problems skills
-
Knowledge in cloud-based services and architectures
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
