Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

General Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Design, develop & implement tests across entire product apps

  • Track & document product issues

  • Receive customer support requests and inquiries regarding applications, investigate issues, provide solutions and/or recommendations to all involved parties including customers, Software Development teams and Quality Assurance team

  • Assume additional technical responsibilities as needed

  • Ability to multi-task and progress multiple tasks in parallel

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex stories

  • Software development

  • Experience with continuous integration and automated testing tools (i.e. Jenkins, Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter... etc.)

  • Must be fluent in both English and Arabic

Experience & Required Skills:

  • B.Sc. (engineering, computer science, or math)

  • Working knowledge of software development best practices. [Source code control, testing (TDD/BDD), documentation, etc.]

  • Troubleshooting and Investigating Intermittent Problems skills

  • Knowledge in cloud-based services and architectures

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
