Aspire Software is looking for a QA Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role
As a QA Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Voice AI platform. You'll be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, working closely with developers and product teams, and helping us deliver a seamless, high-quality experience to hotels and guests.
This is a hands-on role that requires both technical competence and great communication skills, especially when collaborating with cross-functional teams or simplifying technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute test cases for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across our platform.
- Identify, document, and track software bugs and usability issues.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and documentation.
- Support occasional client-facing QA tasks, helping with onboarding, testing customer environments, and collecting feedback.
- Communicate test results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
Desired Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For
- 2 3 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance or a related role.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written are a must.
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and workflows.
- Experience or interest in software development, version control, and QA best practices.
- A friendly, helpful, and proactive attitude, with a knack for breaking down complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
Experience working with voice technologies, IVR systems, or call automation tools.
Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, or test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman).
Exposure to scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Bash) or codebase navigation.
