Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and industry standards.


2. Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


3. Lead root cause analysis investigations to address non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.


4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product lifecycle, from design to delivery.


5. Train and mentor team members on quality management systems, techniques, and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.


Desired Candidate Profile


1. Graduate in Civil Engineering with 18+ years experience in high quality building construction work.


2. Should be familiar with ISO Standards and specifications, preferably as an Internal Auditor.


3. Should have minimum 10+ years Gulf experience in reputed construction companies as a QA/QC Engineer.
