Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
Lead all internal and external quality audits (client, consultant, regulatory bodies) and manage the non-conformance reporting (NCR) process.
Oversee the QA/QC Inspectors, ensuring systematic inspection of materials, workmanship, and methodologies.
Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and material inspection requests.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all quality-related matters.
Analyze quality performance data and report to senior management with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure all quality records are properly maintained and traceable.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) preferred.
Minimum 12-15 years in QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a managerial role on major construction projects in the UAE/GCC.
In-depth knowledge of Abu Dhabi building codes and regulations.
