Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality of all finishing and MEP works on-site. The role requires thorough inspections, adherence to project specifications, and compliance with industry standards to guarantee top-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections for all finishing and MEP works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor and verify that all materials and workmanship meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants for inspection schedules.
- Identify and report non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain detailed QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
- Witness testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols throughout the project.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC roles for finishing and MEP works.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, inspection methods, and relevant codes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail, reporting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with safety and quality management systems.
