Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures
- Review and approve Method Statements, ITPs, and Material Submittals
- Coordinate all inspection activities with consultants and clients
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved standards and drawings
- Lead internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
- Review NCRs, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
- Maintain quality documentation, records, and reports
- Provide technical guidance and quality training to site staff
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors on quality matters
- Support project handover and final documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 5–8 years of UAE experience in civil contracting companies
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems, ISO standards, and UAE construction codes
- Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects
- Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and quality reporting systems
Preferred
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Experience dealing with Tier-1 consultants in
