QA/QC Day / Night Shift Technician

Location: Rim Company Factory - Bekaa

Position Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)


Job Purpose:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented QA/QC Technician to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of products, conducting inspections, and supporting the team in maintaining quality standards during the night shift operations.


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct quality control inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.

- Ensure products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.

- Perform routine checks and tests on products, equipment, and processes.

- Document inspection results and report findings to the quality assurance team.

- Identify and report any defects, non-conformance, or issues to management.

- Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality data.

- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.

- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.


Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in Quality Control or a related field is a plus).

- Previous experience in quality control or a similar role (preferred but not required).

- Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes and inspection techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work the night shift.
