Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure all executed works meet or exceed contractual requirements and quality standards.

Verify the acceptable quality of materials, workmanship, and construction processes.

Issue Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) and Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) for delivered materials.

Conduct monthly site visits and prepare comprehensive quality reports, tracking corrective and preventive actions.

Ensure compliance with the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.

Maintain compliance with company quality standards, policies, and Quality Management System (QMS).

Conduct monthly technical seminars addressing project-specific activities, construction challenges, and best practices.

Prepare real project case studies highlighting lessons learned to support continuous learning and improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.

3 to 5 years of proven experience in architectural quality assurance and quality control within the construction or engineering industry.

Strong knowledge of international building codes, standards, and best practices.

Experience with ISO quality management systems and integrated management systems.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Willingness to work onsite and travel to project locations as required.
