Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare quality plans for any changes in the company pre-assessed system/activity.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the auditing program and all relevant activities.
  • Handle external audits and follow up on the implementation of corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Investigate customer complaints.
  • Handling product recalls.
  • Responsible for quality risk management.
  • Supervising deviations.
  • Supervising returned drug products.
  • Responsible for supplier and service provider qualification.
  • Provide employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Science
  • +5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
