Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Inspect and monitor post weld heat treatment processes on pipelines, pressure vessels, and structural components.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, welding procedures, and ARAMCO standards.
Review PWHT charts, welding records, and heat treatment reports for accuracy.
Conduct visual inspections, NDT verifications, and dimensional checks as required.
Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions in accordance with quality procedures.

Qualifications:
CBT (Certified Boiler Technician) and ARAMCO Approval – Mandatory
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Welding / Engineering-related field preferred
Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in PWHT inspection in oil, gas, or petrochemical projects

Key Skills:
In-depth knowledge of welding processes, heat treatment, and codes (ASME, AWS, API, etc.)
Quality control and inspection techniques
Proficiency in reading welding drawings, P&IDs, and specifications
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of HSE standards and safe work practices
