Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of SPC production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise production teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process optimization and waste reduction.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance and comply with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold strict adherence to international and company-specific quality standards.
  • Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and best practices across the production floor.
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, monitor expenses, and report on operational performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the production facility.
  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years experience in SPC, Upvc, WPC, PVC production or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale production operations, preferably within the plastics industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of PVC manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality control systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize production schedules and workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to upholding workplace safety and environmental standards.
