Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Sourcing and Procurement:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers for various construction ad finishing materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure favorable terms.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
- Track and manage the delivery of materials to ensure timely availability.
Cost Analysis:
- Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends and determine cost-effective purchasing strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to understand material requirements.
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure materials meet project specifications.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier communications.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards in Purchasing processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of construction materials and processes.
