Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Execute purchasing strategies to procure materials and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Identify potential suppliers, evaluate offers, and negotiate contracts and pricing.
Generate and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procurement policies.
Track order status and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely supplies for construction projects.
Maintain and update records of purchased items, prices, and suppliers.
Collaborate with project managers to understand their procurement needs and timelines.
Handle discrepancies and issues with suppliers to resolve problems effectively.
Research market trends to anticipate purchasing needs and assist in budget planning.
