Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing of Material Procurement for the Organization
- Identify correct vendors for the supply and add additional vendors based on previous experience
- Coordinate with fabrication Team/ Project Departments & Suppliers concerning the purchasing scope of work for jobs
- Follow up for offer on stipulated time and get it technically evaluate from the Discipline.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain Cost and Terms & Condition Purchase in line with company General Terms and Conditions.
- Issue orders in accordance with complete technically complied vendor in line with specifications requirements & TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation)
- Maintain complete updated (Purchasing Status Report --- PSR), data and pricing in the procurement software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in commerce/ mechanical or other Stream with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Purchase in Fabrication shop related requirements in oil & gas equipment and packages including piping bulks & structural.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms.
- To follow moral principles that procurement activities are conducted in a manner that is fair, transparent, and free from corruption or favouritism.
- Ethical procurement practices are crucial for maintaining the integrity of the procurement process and the reputation of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel to field sites or other company locations.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Availability for extended hours or on-call support as needed
