Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs.
  • Analyze supplier performance and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess commodity trends.
  • Manage supplier relationships, addressing any issues promptly to ensure consistent quality and delivery.
  • Prepare and present purchase reports and metrics to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor compliance with purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives to enhance overall financial performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

BCOM Graduate with MBA Preferred.

Age below 40 ,Male candidate preferably.

UAE experience is Must, Should have Hospitality Experience of Minimum 5- 8 years
