Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Game Launch & GTM
    • Drive go-to-market strategies for assigned titles, ensuring campaigns are localized, creative, and aligned with target player groups.
  • Publishing Operations
    • Own day-to-day publishing execution (liveops calendars, event launches, campaign tracking).
    • Collaborate with external product managers or developers to ensure publishing plans complement in-game features and updates.
  • Community & Player Insights
    • Work with community managers to engage players and gather, structure and surfacing player feedback.
    • Translate player insights into actionable publishing strategies.
  • Market & Commercial Awareness
    • Monitor competitor launches and market trends in the MENA region.
    • Benchmarking features, pricing, and market trends.
    • Support revenue optimization through pricing, promotions, and offer design.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Align with UA, creative, localization, and product teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
    • Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners (where applicable).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2 4 years of experience in game publishing, product marketing, or related roles.
  • Experience executing marketing or publishing campaigns for digital products, preferably mobile games.
  • Strong understanding of player behavior, market trends, and community dynamics in MENA.
  • Solid project management skills: ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines. Someone who gets things done.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English.
