Job Description

As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will be at the forefront of building and maintaining a positive image for our company. Your role will involve managing communications with the media, drafting press releases, organizing public relations campaigns, and ensuring that the company's brand message is communicated effectively across all channels. You will be instrumental in developing strategic plans to attract and engage our target audience while fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. Being a pivotal part of the communications team, you will monitor public perceptions and develop methods to enhance the company s reputation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for evaluating PR campaigns' effectiveness and contributing innovative ideas to enhance public impressions and engagement with the brand.


Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement effective public relations strategies and campaigns.
  • Draft press releases, speeches, and newsletters for media distribution.
  • Act as the company s spokesperson and manage media relationships proactively.
  • Organize and promote special events, conferences, and press briefings.
  • Manage crisis communication effectively to uphold the company s public image.
  • Monitor public and media perceptions using various analytical tools and reports.
  • Liaise with marketing teams to ensure cohesive communication strategies.
  • Develop partnerships and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and influencers.
  • Create and manage content for social media channels and official websites.
  • Assist in the production of multimedia content for enhanced brand communication.
  • Evaluate public opinion surveys and feedback to inform future strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success as a public relations or communications professional.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful PR campaigns and events.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
