Roles & Responsibilities


Description
Legislative compliance
Responsible for ensuring all Company Licenses are up to date
Ensuring smooth, compliance, and efficient interactions with official organizations as well as any other semi-government institution.
Government liaison
Managing the labor and immigration directly with government offices and management on various legal issues.
Maintaining good relationship with government departments and agencies.
Employee s support
Preparing and processing the paperwork and relevant applications for acquiring new visas and work permits for employees and their families.
Cancellations of Visa s and work permits for existing employees. (Both in English and in Arabic)
Support expat employees with house hunting, transportation and children schooling.
Assisting HR management in employee relation issues.
General Administration
Keeping track of all the employee legal documents and ensuring all administrative duties are kept up to date and legally compliant.
Producing relevant reports as and when required.
Assisting in any other day to day office administration.

Desired Candidate Profile


Requirements
• Bachelor s degree in business or any relevant major from a reputable university.
• 5 years experience in similar job with strong experience with govt. organizations and embassies.
• Arranging Business / Commercial License registration and renewals.
• Experience in Office Suite.
• Dealing with Ministry of Labor / Immigration and other Government Bodies.
• Experience in obtaining Visa Quota.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
