Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Clients Management

Clarify clients doubts and update our clients with updated rules and regulations.

Prompt Renewal of Company licenses/permits with the concerned entities.

Support all UAE projects for required activity changes and classification in the company licenses.

Assisting the company with Municipality formalities in Abu Dhabi

Assisting the company to obtain all types of visas for new employees and a prompt renewal of employee visas/labour cards.

Obtaining CICPA and other government related gates passes, as needed.

Updating the company on all new rules and regulations of the immigration and the labour department.

Updating the company on all new rules related to the company operations in the UAE.

Preparation and submission of all the necessary documentation to the concerned authorities, as needed.

Assisting the company with all other PRO functions (Obtaining permits, renewal of insurances, formalities with ministries and embassies etc )

Acting as a government relation focal point of the company.

Dealing with all matters arising with the Government Authorities. Skills requirement:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of PRO activities.

Fluent in English and Arabic (written & verbal).

Very good knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

Experience in using Tasheel, MOHRE, e-channel/GDRFA softwares.

Experience with Obtaining CICPA & other government related gate passes.

Experience in Processing new and renewal company licenses.

Experience in using the Municipality classification system (MEPS). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
