Roles & Responsibilities

1. Public Relations Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, press, bloggers, and fashion journalists.

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.

Organize interviews, press events, and media appearances for key company representatives.

Monitor media coverage and prepare PR reports for management.

Respond to media inquiries professionally and ensure accurate brand representation.

2. Community Engagement

Build and engage an active community around the brand across social media and offline events.

Interact with followers, brand fans, and customers to drive engagement and loyalty.

Support CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives and community programs.

Manage brand ambassadors and micro-influencers to increase word-of-mouth exposure.

Organize community-driven events, meet-ups, and brand experiences.

3. Influencer Marketing

Identify and collaborate with influencers relevant to the fashion and lifestyle industry.

Negotiate collaboration deals and manage influencer content and deliverables.

Track influencer performance, engagement, and ROI.

Build long-term partnerships with content creators who reflect the brand identity.

4. Content & Communication Support

Work closely with the marketing team to create messaging that aligns with brand tone and values.

Support in copywriting for campaigns, announcements, newsletters, and social media content.

Assist in creating storytelling concepts that enhance brand perception.

5. Event Planning & Activation

Plan and execute PR events, product launches, store openings, and media gatherings.

Coordinate logistics, guest lists, media invitations, and post-event follow-up.

Ensure brand visibility through creative and effective event communication.

6. Crisis Communication

Monitor brand reputation across online and offline touchpoints.

Support in managing sensitive situations and responding to negative publicity.

Prepare statements and coordinate with the management team to handle crises professionally.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Track PR activities, community KPIs, and campaign performance.

Prepare monthly reports on media coverage, influencer results, and community growth.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve brand visibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

2 4 years of experience in PR, communication, influencer marketing, or community engagement.

Experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries is a strong plus.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Strong network with media, influencers, and content creators.
