Your Day to Day

As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel s public spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests enjoy a pristine and inviting atmosphere throughout their stay.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all assigned areas
• Monitoring and restocking supplies in public restrooms and common areas as needed
• Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor
• Collaborating with other housekeeping staff to ensure a cohesive approach to cleanliness
• Upholding the hotel s standards of service and professionalism at all times

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry items as needed
